AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH FOR LASTING CHANGE
During our coaching sessions I will be referring back to these basic fundamental principles for health and wellness. Many of these concepts were pioneered by Joshua Rosenthal, MEd, the founder of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I completed my Health Coach training. It's a novel approach to food and lifestyle choices, acknowledging that no one diet is right for everyone, and that nutrition and health are about much more than what is on the plate. Stress can be multifactorial and bidirectional - both causing and being caused by the foods we eat and the choices we make every day.
